Simon grew up in Markham then settled down in Little-Italy in the downtown west end of Toronto more than ten years ago while the city’s market was booming. He has witnessed his own and the surrounding communities he loves, turn into some of the most desirable places in the world to live. Starting with a strong background in psychology at York University, Simon then moved on to work in the residential and commercial flooring restoration trade, transitioning from a construction entrepreneur to a regional sales manager. During a career that spans over two decades in the hospitality and renovation professions, he has established his reputation as a reliable, loyal and relationship-orientated leader.

When he is not working, he loves to cook with his wife of seven years, coming up with new recipes, camping and cooking outdoors over a fire pit. He is a natural entertainer and is looking forward to having all of his friends and clients over for a feast as soon as it is safe to do so.
